Support Technician - Permanent

Our client is seeking a 1st/2nd line Support Technician to provide system administration and support within predominantly Microsoft environments.

Providing support on a ticketing based system, fault finding, diagnosis, issue management and resolution of support issues reported by clients, remotely and on-site.

The successful candidate must possess excellent customer facing skills, excellent knowledge of Windows and related technologies.
Experience installing/configuring & supporting Windows server 2003/2008, exchange 2003/2007+ is essential.

Mechanical / Design Engineer - Freelance/Contract

A freelance/contract design engineer is required to join an in-house design team to assist with the design and development of seating system.
You will be required to work with concepts through to detailed design stage and structural analysis to ensure that solutions are optimised and in accordance with the regulations and standards required.
The project will be taken from the initial concept through to prototyping, testing and the required certification prior to launch.

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor is essential along with proving structural viability such as box steel sections, cantilevers and cold rolled steel.
Knowledge of motor driven systems and an understanding of electronics would be a benefit.

Senior Design Engineer - Permanent

Seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer.

It is essential to have experience of basic design calculations, plus knowledge and experience of material selection, teamed with leading the design process from start to finish, seeing a new product made from agreeing spec and the clients requirements to certification process and pre-production.

Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and use of CAD, preferably Catia v5
HND/Degree in related engineering subject
Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and presentation skills – PowerPoint
Willing to travel and work abroad when required

Quality Assurance - Long Term Temporary

Seeking an experienced QA/QC candidate with industry experience and knowledge of ISO13485
The role will be to manage the ISO system effectively.

To control designated programmes from programme launch, through to new product induction process.

Duties will include: project planning to deliver the programme on time and within budget
Planning and management of sub-contract operations

Technical Manager - Permanent

An exciting opportunity to join an established company within a new role of Technical Manager.

To manage the technical function, including the introduction of new products, ensuring existing products are produced to pre-agreed specifications and conforming to all current and appropriate legislation.
Ongoing liaison with all customers, purchasing and sales staff.

Educated to HNC/HND level in appropriate engineering discipline, and a management or supervisory qualification such as MBA or DMS would be advantageous.

Previous working experience in a managerial role is essential. Knowledge of engineering and product design principles, and manufacturing processing techniques is highly desirable.

Working with the departments preferred DTP package for catalogue production alongside publishing system, designing catalogue pages, covers and introduction pages in line with corporate brand and style.

Requirements:
Educated to degree level in Graphic Design or Media studies.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Knowledge of DTP software and content management systems.
Good knowledge of catalogue and print production.
Excellent knowledge of InDesign and Creative Suite.
