Mechanical / Design Engineer - Freelance/Contract

A freelance/contract design engineer is required to join an in-house design team to assist with the design and development of seating system.
You will be required to work with concepts through to detailed design stage and structural analysis to ensure that solutions are optimised and in accordance with the regulations and standards required.
The project will be taken from the initial concept through to prototyping, testing and the required certification prior to launch.

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor is essential along with proving structural viability such as box steel sections, cantilevers and cold rolled steel.
