Sales Administrator – 12 month FTC (Temporarily on hold)

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

Loughborough based client is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join their fast-paced sales office. This is a 12 month fixed term contract role, based within a friendly team environment.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Taking inbound calls based from customers.
  • Logging accurate information.
  • Handling customer enquiries relating to overdue orders.
  • Resolving queries.

Ideally, you will have experience of complaint handling and have worked previously in a Customer Service role. You will have good IT skills, with excellent attention to detail.
