Receptionist – Permanent (Temporarily on hold)



£19,000 per annum

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.15am – 5.15pm

We are recruiting a professional and motivated Receptionist to join a long-standing accountancy practice in the Loughborough area. The business has a large client base including many and has seen significant growth in recent years. This exciting opportunity is a permanent role, based within a friendly team environment.


The main purpose of this role is to perform core reception duties and provide and administrative support to the business.



  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Answering all incoming calls and deal with accordingly
  • Receive and manage new client enquiries and process
  • Manage appointments for clients and visitors


The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, along with a flexible attitude to tasks. You will have proven attention to detail and ability to manage your own workload.


It would be an advantage if you have worked within an accountancy, legal or financial environment.
