Customer Service – Permanent (Temporarily on hold)



£18,000 per annum

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

We are recruiting an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join a successful Loughborough based company. This company is well established and are proud to work with many brands. This is a permanent role, based within thriving team environment.


The main purpose of this role is to take incoming customer calls and deal with them effectively.



  • Process customer orders.
  • Deal with queries and answering customer questions.
  • Data entry.
  • Liaising with the warehouse department and internal departments.


The ideal candidate with have a high level of communication and the ability to maintain customer relationships effectively. You will be highly organised with proven time management skills and able to manage your own workload.


Ideally, you will have worked within a contact centre or similar environment previously.
