Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced “hands on” Warehouse Manager, with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.

You must have experience of running a team of operators, working knowledge and a good understanding of warehouse procedures, including warehouse computer systems, Microsoft Excel and Word, together with experience of sourcing and negotiating transport.

The ideal person would also have previous working knowledge of stock control procedures and employment legislation including H&S.

This role also requires you to hold a current fork lift truck licence.

Our client is looking for an experienced Granite Worktop Fitter.

The ideal candidate must have good working experience of completing accurate measurements of the required area, making the template, cutting and fitting the granite worktops.

This is a very prestigious company and therefore the candidate must have good face to face customer skills and have a clean driving licence.

Stock Controller

Our client is looking for an experienced stock controller for a temporary contract.

You must have a current FLT licence and good working experience of material handing, working within a busy warehouse, stock location and inputting onto a internal computer system.

Lettings Assistant - Temporary to Permanent

Our Loughborough based client is seeking a part time Lettings Assistant. The role will be for 3 days per week ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and will include working ad-hoc Saturdays. If you do work a Saturday a day off in the week will be given. The successful candidate will be dealing with office based telephone calls, arranging appointments, accompanying potential tenants when viewing rental properties and general office based administration duties. Excellent IT and communications skills are required and a driving license would be advantageous.

Sales Advisor

Our client, a prestige blue chip organisation is looking to recruit an experienced sales/customer services professional. The successful candidate will have a high level of I.T Literacy in Word, Excel, Power Point and E mail. Duties will include the development of products and services to customers through inbound and outbound calls, respond to enquiries and complaints ensuring a satisfactory resolution, support team members and also complete all associated administration. This is a busy demanding office based role and previous experience of working in a similar environment is essential.

Data Adminsitrator - Temporary

Our client is seeking a candidate who has proficient use in MS Excel and Access to handle data manipulation.

Tasks include:
Loading of data on to an ERP system via validation macro
Maintenance of data within ERP, CMS and e-commerce databases.

Experience or an excellent knowledge of scientific laboratory products is essential.

Contracts Manager - Permanent

To manage client accounts and associated cleaning personnel within the Office Contract Cleaning Division of Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Supplier. Duties will include, full Diary Management, creation of weekly schedules, manage payroll and client invoicing, manage and monitor any Personnel related issues, implement and monitor Health and Safety Procedures, complete stock control duties. Providing support on a ticketing based system, fault finding, diagnosis, issue management and resolution of support issues reported by clients, remotely and on-site.

Chemical Packer - Part Time and Full Time - Temporary

An experienced packer is required to pack chemical products to meet customer requirements.

This role also involves lifting weights of up to 15k

Planner - Permanent

It is highly desirable for the successful candidate to have a chemistry background – such as a chemistry degree (organics/medicinal) or experience in a chemical industry.

Required to manage the scheduling and expediting of product replenishment in order to meet customer requirements, experience in a planning role is highly desirable
Using MRP and other Planning tools for scheduling plans.

Tasks include:
Issuing of daily work schedules, placing purchase orders, ensure inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods are maintained, liaison with departments regarding production progress, reports (daily, weekly and monthly) maintain MRP data, issue daily plans for packers.

Key skills:
Good IT skills including a sound working knowledge of Excel, MS Office packages and MRP systems.
Experience of production planning within a fast moving high SKU environment.

Bilingual Customer Advisor - Permanent

Our client is seeking experienced Customer Services Advisors who are fully bilingual ( written and verbal ) in French and German and/or Russian as well as having an excellent command of the English Language.
You will be conversing with a variety of customers including hospitals and medical professionals in order to process orders and deal with queries. High levels of IT Literacy are required as well as ensuring excellent levels of customer service.
